The architecture
We built SuiteCRM into the registry's project-approval spine — intake, methodology routing, reviewer handoff, and per-methodology dashboards all in one system. A bi-directional SuiteCRM ↔ ClickUp bridge kept project managers in their existing PM tool without splitting the source of truth. Methodologies became first-class modules, each with their own fields, validation rules, approval workflow, and offset-volume formulas. Every status change, reviewer comment, and approval decision wrote back to the project record — one audit trail, not four.
- Methodology-as-a-module: forestry, cookstoves, renewables, agriculture and waste modeled as distinct SuiteCRM modules with their own fields, validations, and review paths
